Our ADHD Therapy Services

Adults with ADHD often experience anxiety, depression, burnout, or the impact of past trauma — especially after years of feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. Our services are designed to support the full picture of how ADHD affects your emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily life.

We offer specialized ADHD counselling for adults seeking therapy that acknowledges both neurodiversity and mental health, delivered virtually across Atlantic Canada and Ontario.

  • One-on-one ADHD therapy for adults navigating focus challenges, emotional regulation, overwhelm, and daily functioning. Therapy may also support co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or the emotional impact of long-term coping and masking.

Sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced to meet you where you are.

  • Support for adults processing the emotional impact of a new ADHD diagnosis, including grief, identity shifts, and self-understanding. Many clients also experience increased anxiety, low mood, or emotional distress during this stage.

Therapy focuses on helping you make sense of your experiences, reduce self-blame, and build a more compassionate understanding of yourself.

  • Therapeutic support for challenges related to organization, time management, motivation, and follow-through. Sessions also address the anxiety, shame, or frustration that often develops alongside executive functioning difficulties.

The focus is on realistic strategies, emotional support, and sustainable change — not productivity pressure or rigid systems.

  • Our approach to ADHD therapy is trauma-informed and recognizes how past experiences, chronic stress, and emotional wounds can intersect with ADHD. Therapy may support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and healing alongside ADHD-related concerns.

This work is integrated gently and thoughtfully, always guided by your needs and readiness.

  • All services are offered virtually, allowing us to support adults across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. Virtual therapy provides flexibility, accessibility, and continuity of care.
